Dodgers interested in acquiring Cy Young award winner

The Los Angeles Dodgers have been in talks with the New York Mets about a trade for National League Cy Young Award winner R.A. Dickey.  Dickey would be a possible fallback if the team is unable to sign top free-agent pitcher Zack Greinke.  However, if added with Greinke, Dickey would give the Dodgers rotation three perennial Cy Young winning ace pitchers, along with Clayton Kershaw.  Greinke remains the team’s top priority that believes it can outbid anyone financially.  A trade for Dickey, however, would depend on prospects that the Dodgers do not seem to have.
